They are a lovely welcome to your front door and can make a wonderful Wedding Gift for a happy couple.

Each mat is individually painted for the 2 names or initials you are after.

Coir Mat Natural 40 x 60 cm

With PVC/Latex Backing To Help Keep Mat In Place The Names ONLY are interchangeable with the name you request.

Any other changes to the design aren't allowed, please purchase a custom listing.

Please note that these mats are meant to be placed under a covered area and not directly exposed to rain/water, and Since each welcome mat is hand-lettered there will be a slight variation in the design, and on occasions, a slight overspray may occur.

  • How long does my order take?

Fast and safe delivery is important to us, so we work hard to ensure that your order is delivered to you in the shortest time possible. We ship within the Australia post, Sendle, and TNT networks.

All our orders are made to order by a team of mums. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be made before we ship

Be aware that at RUSH times - Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day it can take up to 2 weeks before your order is shipped, so please be patient with us!

  • Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order that will state the shipping method you chose. Once your items are ready we will send you an email to let you know your order is safely on its way. Please check your junk, promotion and spam folders as our email may be in there.

 

  • Can I send the gift directly to the recipient? Will they know it’s from me?

If you’d like to send your gift directly to the recipient, you can add their address as the SHIP TO address in the checkout, and we’ll post the item to their house without the invoice. Just send as an e-mail as soon as you've placed your order.

We currently cannot send a gift card to the recipient, but we can include a nice note in their package.

 

  • What's this mark on my coir doormat?

Our coir doormats are made from natural coconut husks. Being that it is a natural product you may find some imperfections on your doormat, such as light or dark spots, a knot of hair or even some clay that is used to help bind the husks together. These will in no way affect the life of your doormat and it just means that your doormat is different just like us. Rest assured we do check each and every doormat and if one has too many faults we don’t use that doormat, we recycle it.

 

  • How to care for you COIR Doormat

Our Coir doormats are decorative item and made of natural coir/coco (coconut husk) fibres with a Latex backing (PVC) keep each mat in place.

Each doormat has multiple layers of a premium UV paint
These doormats are a renewable and natural product and therefore; not meant to last a lifetime and are designed to be more of a decorative item.

We recommend a covered entrance and keeping the doormat dry, away from any rain and sheltered from the sun. As the doormat is made of natural coconut husk fibres water will cause the doormat to swell and shed.

The natural coconut fibres in your doormat will shed, we do recommend giving them a shake or a quick vacuum every week or so, to loosen excess debris.

If it becomes saturated with water, the coconut fibres will change colour and hold the water, you can hang it to dry for a few days.

 

  • How to care and clean your Fabric Doormat (Roll away)

Made of 100% polyester fabric top and a PVC backing.

We recommend a covered entrance indoors, however we have customers who have placed their doormat outside with great success!

Just ensure you keep the doormat dry, away from any rain and sheltered from the sun. We do recommend giving them a shake or a quick vacuum every week or so, to loosen excess debris. If you wash in the washing machine, the backing of the mat may separate from the top layer so we do not recommend this.
